Our process involves a custom pre-order system where you select your preferred scale with our assistance and pay a 30% deposit of the total amount (via Wise or bank transfer). After confirming your payment, we will start crafting your pantam, which may take 3 to 5 months. When your pantam is ready, you will need to pay the remaining balance, and you can either collect it from our studio in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, or have it sent to you.
